Glendenning Farm's Longhorns are pasture raised on Celina, TX grass. Longhorn lean is low in fat and low in cholesterol. Longhorn lean is high in Omega 3 and contains no steroids and no hormones. Glendenning Farms is proud to offer several cuts of Longhorn lean. All cuts are sold by the pound.
